Deep trance meditation. Be in a still silent room. No distractions allowed. Allow the breath to slow down. Slow it down to the point where you can not hear it anymore. Keep this state of calm for a half hour. Do it 2 times a day. Most important. Do it right before you leave for the exam.

Guess you want to trip. Me and my girl were discussing natural psycedlics the other day. Apparently there is a plant here in Poland that grows some sort of white pod with pellets in it and 30 of them make you trip. I expressed interest in this and that led to a huge fight. How can she judge something she never experienced. I do feel that achieving permanent enlightenment is not possible through psycedlics. They are like a crutch. Kind of like technology.

No Heteirai I do not. Its just that I have been using this time to escape physical social reality in order to figure my business life out and now since I have figured that out I have a lot of work to do. So it really just comes down to me managing my time better as well as fitting in at least a half an hour of learning a day. Do you speak multiple languages?

Another time I wish I could speak was when a drunk old short man was walking at my pace on the side walk across from mine...he started calling to me and I came over and I said the same thing I say to all strangers that I meet "Nie rozumien" (I dont understand) Angielski (English) hahaha! So the guy got frustrated with me and grabbed my arm and tried to keep his hold. I finally got out of there after he met his young teen friend and said something as he pointed to me and they both laughed. So I ran and as I ran these crazy dogs behind a fence ran next to me the whole way barking. Haha!
